5+ products shipped since 2025 for VC-backed US startups, two of them greenfield builds I owned from the first user-story mapping session through architecture to launch.

Foundations other engineers build on
As lead engineer in a SaaS platform team I drove a design system across both core products: dozens of components standardized, hardcoded values replaced with shared foundations, the legacy product migrated onto them.
03Scale
Modernization on a platform used by millions
Introduced React, TypeScript and Material UI at LIBRUS, led the first module built on the new stack, and established the modernization path for a product serving students, teachers and parents across Poland.
04Leadership
Leading without leaving the code
Three engineers mentored one-to-one, delivery standards set for an 8+ engineer team, and primary technical contact for founders on the engagements I lead — all while still shipping production code.
